‍Deuxacteurs, un même objectif: décarboner l'industrie

Launched in 2022, OpenClimat 's mission is to democratize climate information. The startup enhances the transparency of companies' environmental practices, publishing verified, harmonized information on its platform that is accessible to all. A reference in the retail sector, OpenClimat centralizes the exchange of information between manufacturers and retailers. To date, its retail customers include Leclerc, Casino and Auchan, and over 1,000 listed companies such as Bel, Henkel and Sodebo.

Traace (Tennaxia Group) enables companies to effectively manage their ESG strategy in order to reduce their carbon footprint, accelerate their transition to a sustainable business model and comply with growing regulatory requirements. Its data platform offers a unique set of functionalities, enabling companies to simplify the collection of data on greenhouse gas emissions across their entire value chain, to structure their carbon trajectory, to implement action plans to achieve their environmental objectives, and to conduct a financial analysis of the climate action plan.

This association between OpenClimat and Traace will enable them to promote the climate actions of their respective customers and collaborate more effectively with all their stakeholders. This partnership also comes at a time when companies must demonstrate greater transparency in their sustainability reports, including CSRD reports, to which the largest among them have been subject since January1, 2025.

Facilitating the sharing of climate data to accelerate collaboration

In practice, Traace customers will now be able to use the platform provided by OpenClimat to share their climate action and collaborate with their stakeholders, including retailers such as E. For its part, OpenClimat is committed to promoting Traace's solutions for measuring GHG emissions and steering its decarbonization trajectory among its users. "We're delighted to be partnering with Traace, one of the most relevant carbon accounting platforms on the market for companies advanced in their decarbonization. This partnership enables us to increase tenfold our joint raison d'être: democratizing transparency and accelerating the decarbonization of companies!" declares Vincent Pappolla, CEO and co-founder of OpenClimat.
